What areas do you serve?
We operate exclusively in the Lakes Area corridor — Forest Lake, Wyoming, Chisago City, Hugo, and North Branch. We keep our radius tight so we can deliver premium, on-site service.
What do I need to prepare for the call?
Nothing. Just be near your phone. It helps if you know who your current Internet Service Provider is, but it is not strictly required.
Is there any obligation after the Triage call?
None whatsoever. The discovery call is completely free. We diagnose the issue and give you a flat-fee quote. What you do with that information is entirely up to you.
Do you offer remote tech support?
No. True digital security requires physical access to routers and hardware. Craig arrives on-site, secures the network, and completes the handover in person.
Can I book The Longship right away?
Absolutely. If you already know you want the full Wi-Fi 7 installation or The Shieldwall, mention it on the call and we will fast-track the project scheduling.
I am booking for a parent. Is that okay?
